Physical performance drills are the drills that increase a player’s physical attributes. For example, physical performance drills might develop a player’s strength, agility, speed, and/or conditioning.
Performing on the football field requires an incredible combination of speed, agility, and other physical feats, all while performing complex tactical tasks. The stronger and faster a player is, the better off he is going to be in the heat of competition on the football field.
