Place four cones in a 5 yard by 5 yard square.
Build agility and speed up the ability to swiftly turn around.
Start on the inside of the square. Each cone will require a 360 degree turn across the inside before moving on to the next turn. This drill requires three full 360 degree turns to really focus on work on player agility and turning ability.
Alternate the side of the starting cone so that the number of turns to each side is evened out.
