Jump & Go Drill
Clear ten yards of space for players to run.
Players develop explosive power and quickness in first steps off of the line of scrimmage.
Players begin the drill by jumping into the air vertically as high as they can.
As soon as they land, they hit the ground running as fast as the can for ten yards.
This simple drill can be repeated multiple times in one setting while players try to get a higher jump and a quicker burst each repetition.
