Place eight cones in a circle with a diameter of ten yards. The player begins this drill be standing in the middle of the circle.
This drill can be used towards the end of practice to work on both agility and conditioning.
A player starts in the middle of a circle of cones and will traverse through the circle that makes his route look like the hands of a clock.
Starting in the middle, the player will run to the cone directly in front of him and then return to the center. After returning to the center he will change his angle and run to the next cone. Eventually, the player will touch each cone in a clockwise order and return to the center after each one. After he has made it all the way around the clock, the drill is complete.
