Drills by Contact Level

The game of football is a contact sport. The practice of football, however, does not always need to be a full-contact situation.

Each drill on this site has a contact level icon that indicates whether or not the drill has any sort of contact. Marking each drill with a certain contact level is meant to help players and coaches better filter through and decide which drills are the best fit for particular practice situations.
